Electrode

Electrode is an Electric-type Pokemon that looks exactly like an upside-down Pokeball and has a single defining personality trait: it explodes. Unstable, capricious, and apparently delighted by its own volatility, Electrode careers through environments on self-generated electrical momentum, occasionally detonating for reasons that remain opaque even to leading researchers.

DJ Rotom considers Electrode a kindred spirit in the sense that both appreciate making a dramatic entrance, and has been known to incorporate its occasional sparking into live performances as an unplanned but effective special effect.. On Pokopia Island, Electrode is drawn to energetic, commercially active environments where the Commerce and Community sub-scores create a sense of lively, unpredictable activity. Market Stalls, busy outdoor plazas, Vending Machine installations, and places with lots of foot traffic suit its chaotic temperament. It has been observed rolling at high speed through crowd areas and somehow always stopping just before a collision, a fact that provides limited reassurance to the settlers involved
