Cleffa

Cleffa is the tiny pre-evolution of Clefairy, a Fairy-type Pokemon so small and star-shaped that it is often mistaken for a fallen piece of the night sky. It arrives on islands mysteriously, as if carried by warm winds, and settles wherever the atmosphere feels most open and untouched.

Professor Tangrowth advises new settlers not to overlook Cleffa, noting that its arrival often foreshadows a healthy and growing Fairy-type population as the island matures.. Cleffa is one of the most approachable early visitors on Pokopia Island, drawn to any space with a modest but genuine Nature sub-score. Simple Flower Pots, a Garden Bench, or a patch of Wild Grass are enough to coax this curious little Pokemon from the forest edge. It is often spotted in the company of Azurill and other small unevolved species, forming loose nursery groups near the quieter corners of an island
