Goomy

Goomy is a Dragon-type Pokemon that is, despite what that classification implies, a small, soft, translucent blob that looks like it was produced by a snail having an optimistic day. It is among the least intimidating Pokemon in the Dragon type and fully aware of this fact, compensating with a disposition of such cheerful sweetness that it is difficult to hold the sliminess against it for long.

Professor Tangrowth considers Goomy's presence on the island a gentle reminder that Dragon-type Pokemon exist on a very wide spectrum, and that classification is a more flexible concept than it initially appears.. On Pokopia Island, Goomy is attracted to damp, sheltered environments with moderate Greenery and Water sub-scores that provide the moisture-rich conditions it needs to stay comfortable. Garden Ponds, Fountain edges, shaded plantings, and any space with high ambient humidity suits this gelatinous little Dragon-type well. It requires no impressive environmental achievements to attract, making it one of the most rewarding early-game Dragon-type visitors for settlers still building their water features
