Orrery

Orrery is a shop relic purchasable from the in-game merchant. Upon pickup, it allows you to immediately add 5 cards of your choice from any color to your deck. You select all 5 cards from a large pool of options. It can be purchased from shops found throughout the Spire.

Orrery is one of the most powerful shop relics because it gives you 5 free card choices simultaneously, equivalent to receiving 5 extra card rewards without needing to win additional combats. The cards offered span all rarities and types, giving you the opportunity to find key rare powers or high-value cards you haven't encountered naturally. Orrery is particularly strong when purchased early in a run where you still have many fights ahead to use those cards, and when your build has clear gaps or specific needs that can be filled from the pool. Even selecting 5 mediocre cards typically provides meaningful deck improvement. It is weakest when purchased very late in a run with little time to use the cards. The ability to select specific cards also means Orrery can complete builds that have been building toward a particular synergy.
