The Courier

The Courier is an uncommon relic that restocks the Merchant's inventory after purchases and reduces all shop prices by 20%. Both effects apply: items restock (the shop's selection refreshes after each purchase), and every price — cards, relics, potions, and card removal — is 20% cheaper.

The 20% discount is significant in practice: expensive relics and card removals become meaningfully cheaper, letting your Gold go further. Combined with the restocking effect (similar to Smiling Mask's restocking but with a price reduction added), The Courier makes shop visits much more efficient. It is most impactful if you have lots of Gold to spend or if you specifically need multiple items from a single shop. The Courier is generally rated as a strong uncommon because shop efficiency is directly tied to run power.
