Sandbags

Sandbags are a row of tightly packed hessian sacks filled with compacted sand, associated with fortifications, flood barriers, and provisional defences assembled under pressure. Crafted from Sturdy Sticks and Stone, they contribute to the Structure sub-score and bring an unmistakeable military or emergency-preparedness character to any outdoor space. They are most at home beside a Cannon for a coastal battery arrangement, stacked at a gate or doorway as a fortification element, or used along a path edge to suggest a recently contested or carefully defended perimeter.

Fighting-type Pokémon respond to Sandbag-heavy environments — the association with training, physical discipline, and prepared positions resonates with species that naturally orient toward strength and endurance. Hitmonchan in particular has been observed using Sandbags as a training prop, throwing a series of rapid punches at any accessible face of the stack in a distinctive idle animation that has delighted players since early access. The Sandbag cluster also works well as a low divider element in open outdoor spaces, defining zones without the visual mass of a full Wooden Wall.
