Eevee
Eevee carries more evolutionary potential than any other Pokémon in existence — eight possible forms depending on environment, affinity, and time. In Pokopia, that potential is the point: Eevee arrives as a blank canvas, and the island itself, through its variety of habitats and atmospheres, eventually shapes which Eeveelution appears in each location.
Role in Pokopia
Eevee is attracted to well-developed habitats with mixed ecological character — neither purely aquatic nor purely forested nor purely open, but somewhere with variety. They appear in biomes that have achieved a certain completeness, and their presence is a reliable signal that an area is doing well.
Eeveelutions on the Island
Eevee is one of several members of its family that inhabit the island. Espeon, Umbreon, Vaporeon, Leafeon, and Sylveon all appear in different habitats suited to their types. Whether these are Eevee who have already evolved in response to the island's environments, or whether they arrived as their final forms, is part of the island's ecological mystery.
Pokémon Notes
Normal-type, Generation I, introduced specifically as the Pokémon of evolutionary possibility. Eevee's design — soft, non-threatening, adaptable — makes it a natural fit for Pokopia's tone of gentle transformation.
