Igglybuff

Igglybuff is the baby pre-evolution of Jigglypuff, a Normal- and Fairy-type Pokemon of such extreme softness and spherical perfection that it bounces when it falls over, which happens frequently because its round body and small feet make balance a persistent challenge. It is irrepressibly cheerful about this state of affairs.

Settlers who build genuinely welcoming communities will find Igglybuff arriving early and reliably, one of the island's most consistent small-scale indicators of a settlement that feels like somewhere worth being.. On Pokopia Island, Igglybuff is one of the most approachable and low-requirement visitors, drawn to any environment with a modest Community and Safety sub-score that signals a welcoming settlement. Soft lawn areas, gentle garden corners, and open outdoor spaces with comfortable sight-lines give it the room to bounce without interruption. It tends to gravitate toward wherever other small Pokemon are gathered, forming cheerful nursery clusters with Azurill, Cleffa, and Happiny in the quieter corners of active islands
