Uppercut

Uppercut is a 2-Energy Ironclad attack dealing 13 damage, applying 1 Weak, and applying 1 Vulnerable (16 damage, 2 Weak, and 2 Vulnerable upgraded). The combination of both debuffs in a single card is what makes it powerful: Weak reduces enemy attack output by 25% and Vulnerable increases your own damage by 50%. Uppercut stacks both simultaneously, making follow-up attacks hit harder while the enemy hits softer.

Upgraded Uppercut with 2 of each debuff is excellent value for 2 Energy: 16 damage, two turns of Weak on the enemy, and two turns of Vulnerable for your attacks. It's a strong all-in-one control attack that works in most Ironclad builds. The dual debuff application makes it particularly valuable in fights against hard-hitting bosses where you need to both deal damage and manage incoming attacks.
