Data Disk

Data Disk is a common Defect-only relic that grants 1 Focus at the start of each combat. Focus is the Defect's core scaling stat: it increases the passive effects of all orbs by 1 per Focus. Starting every fight with 1 extra Focus means every orb channels for more damage, more block, or more effect from the very first turn.

The value of Data Disk scales with how many orbs you have and how orb-focused your build is. In a deck with many orb slots and cards that channel multiple orbs per turn, the extra Focus compounds significantly. It is particularly potent in Defect builds running Electrodynamics (where all Lightning orbs trigger passively each turn) because the extra Focus multiplies across every Lightning passive proc. Data Disk is a Defect-exclusive relic that has no effect for other characters.
