Potion Belt

Potion Belt is a common relic that immediately grants 2 additional potion slots upon pickup. Your default maximum is 3 potions; Potion Belt raises it to 5. The extra slots are permanent for the rest of the run. The relic has no combat effect — it is purely a quality-of-life and capacity upgrade for your potion inventory.

Potion Belt is most valuable in potion-focused runs or when you consistently fill your potion slots and find yourself discarding potions to make room. Having 5 potion slots means you can stockpile more situational potions (like Fairy in a Bottle for emergencies) while keeping utility potions for bosses. The relic pairs excellently with Sacred Bark (which doubles potion effectiveness), White Beast Statue (which gives a random potion every time you obtain one), and any build that benefits from using many potions per run.
