Lift Platform

The Lift Platform is a suspended cable-and-pulley platform, a more dramatic vertical-transit solution than the Elevator Platform and one that implies significant height differences between levels. Crafted from Iron Ingots and Copper Ingots, it contributes to the Structure sub-score and is the utility item that most clearly signals ambitious three-dimensional habitat design — its presence implies that the island has been built in ways that require genuine aerial infrastructure to navigate. Combined with the Elevator Platform and Roof Support structures, it enables the most architecturally complex outdoor environments available.

Flying-type Pokémon treat Lift Platforms with a mixture of curiosity and contempt — clearly aware it's a solution to a problem they don't have, but fascinated by the mechanical process nonetheless. Peakychu in particular has been observed riding the Lift Platform repeatedly while perfectly capable of flying to the same destination, apparently for the novelty of it. Tinkmaster designed the Lift Platform's cable system himself and considers it among his finest pieces of engineering on the island, a project he describes as “technically unnecessary but spiritually essential.”
