Bellsprout
Bellsprout is essentially a plant that decided to walk. Thin as a stem, with leaf-hands and a wide mouth, it's a Grass/Poison-type that combines the movement of an animal with the fundamental architecture of vegetation. In the wind, Bellsprout bends exactly as a flower would.
Role in Pokopia
Bellsprout appears in lush, wet habitats — Hydrated Flower Beds and areas near water sources where the soil is consistently moist. They're often found alongside Oddish, forming small communities of plant-type Pokémon that populate the island's more thoroughly restored sections. Bellsprout contributes to the ecological density of these areas.
Pokémon Notes
Grass/Poison-type from Generation I, evolves into Weepinbell and then Victreebel. Bellsprout's design is one of the original game's most straightforwardly plant-based — it doesn't anthropomorphize much beyond giving the plant limbs and movement. The simplicity of that design has aged remarkably well.
