Prostrate

Prostrate is a Watcher common skill that gains 4 Block and 2 Mantra for 1 energy. Mantra is the resource the Watcher accumulates toward entering Divinity stance — at 10 total Mantra, the Watcher enters Divinity, which grants triple damage on all attacks for that turn. Prostrate provides both defense (4 Block) and progress toward Divinity (2 Mantra), making it an efficient dual-purpose card that advances the Divinity win condition while also protecting you.

Prostrate is a core enabler for Mantra-stacking builds. With multiple copies of Prostrate alongside other Mantra sources (like Devotion or Study), reaching 10 Mantra to trigger Divinity becomes achievable within several turns. The 4 Block also provides meaningful defense each turn. Prostrate also serves a secondary role in Calm-cycling decks, as entering Calm via Prostrate (wait, Prostrate itself just gives Mantra and Block — pairing with Tranquility enters Calm). Upgraded, Prostrate gains 6 Block and 3 Mantra instead, accelerating Divinity charge and providing better defensive value per cast.
