Secret Portal

Secret Portal is an Act 3 event where the player discovers a hidden portal. They can choose to enter it (which teleports them directly to the Act 3 boss, skipping all remaining floors in Act 3) or ignore it and continue on the normal path. There is no cost for either choice, making it purely a route decision.

Secret Portal is best used when your deck is already very strong and ready for the boss fight, and the remaining Act 3 floors offer little additional value. Skipping floors means missing potential relics, card upgrades, gold, and healing opportunities — so if your run still needs development, taking the portal is inadvisable. However, for a polished run facing an easy Act 3 boss matchup, the portal can save time and HP that would otherwise be spent on unnecessary encounters.
