First Aid Kit

The First Aid Kit is a wall-mounted metal cabinet with a red cross emblem, the universal symbol of care and medical readiness mounted in a place of easy access. Crafted from Iron Ingots and Copper Ingots, it contributes to the Safety sub-score of your environment — one of the few items that targets this metric directly — which in turn raises the overall sense of an island being properly maintained and looked after. An environment with a high Safety score is subtly more welcoming to vulnerable or cautious Pokémon species who would otherwise avoid areas that feel chaotic or incomplete.

Chansey and its evolutions are almost supernaturally drawn to First Aid Kit placements, reliably appearing near them in a behaviour that mirrors their in-game healing role. Players building medical or care-station themes have found that a First Aid Kit mounted near a Chansey Plant cluster and a Water Basin creates the highest-density Chansey encounter point on any island, sometimes drawing two or three simultaneously in a rare multi-Chansey event. The First Aid Kit is also considered essential signage for any habitat where battles or physically demanding activities take place, and is recommended by Professor Tangrowth as standard equipment for all high-traffic biome transitions.
