Wooden Birdhouse

🎒

The Wooden Birdhouse is a hand-crafted nesting box mounted on a carved post, its pitched roof and circular entrance hole immediately readable as a shelter designed with small avian residents in mind. Crafted from Small Logs and a Sturdy Stick, it adds a point to the Nature sub-score and raises the probability of nesting-behaviour events among Flying-type Pokémon in your habitat. Unlike the Perch, which invites momentary resting, the Birdhouse encourages prolonged habitation — once a compatible Pokémon claims one, it tends to return repeatedly.

Swablu, Pidgey, Natu, and smaller Normal-Flying types are the species most frequently observed investigating a placed Wooden Birdhouse. Clusters of three or more Birdhouses in a garden environment have been documented triggering a rare group-nesting animation where multiple Pokémon arrive simultaneously — one of the more sought-after habitat events among players focused on Pokémon photography. For best results, place the Wooden Birdhouse within a Garden Flowers or Planter cluster, giving arriving Pokémon both shelter and foraging ground in the same area.
