Corpse Explosion

Corpse Explosion is a rare Silent skill that applies 6 Poison to an enemy and sets up a chain reaction: when that enemy dies, it explodes dealing damage equal to its Max HP to all other enemies, then Exhausts — for 2 Energy. The explosion effect can deal massive AoE damage in multi-enemy encounters, potentially wiping the entire room if a high-HP enemy is killed first.

Corpse Explosion is a setup card that creates enormous burst potential in group fights. The ideal scenario is applying it to a mid-HP enemy early, letting Poison do the killing, and triggering a chain explosion that devastates remaining enemies. In single-enemy fights it still contributes 6 Poison, so it's never wasted. Upgraded, the Poison increases to 9, ensuring the target dies faster and the explosion triggers sooner. It's a defining card in Poison builds that face multi-enemy encounters.
