Colorless Potion

Colorless Potion is a common potion that adds 1 random Colorless card to your hand when used. Colorless cards are available to all characters and include powerful options like Bandage Up, Apotheosis, Bite, Enlightenment, and Madness. The potion can be obtained through enemy drops, shop purchases, or events.

Colorless Potion is one of the more lottery-style potions — its value is highly dependent on what card it generates. Landing Apotheosis, which upgrades every card in your hand, draw pile, and discard pile for the rest of combat, is an exceptional outcome and alone justifies keeping this potion for important fights. Other strong results include Enlightenment (reduces the cost of cards in your hand) and Madness (randomizes costs). Because the pool of colorless cards is shared across all characters, the potion has broad appeal but inconsistent outcomes. It's best saved for boss or elite encounters where even a mediocre colorless card provides some utility.
