Returning Characters

Sam Porter Bridges (Norman Reedus): The protagonist. A legendary former porter who connected the UCA in DS1, now living in seclusion with his infant Bridge Baby Lou. Recruited by Fragile to extend the chiral network to Mexico and Australia. DOOMS Level 2+ Repatriate.

Fragile (Lea Seydoux): Founder of Drawbridge. Recruits Sam and serves as mission coordinator. Devastating reveal: her physical body was killed by Higgs before the story begins. The Fragile guiding Sam is her Ka, her lingering soul sustained by fierce determination to protect Lou.

Higgs Monaghan (Troy Baker): The flamboyant nihilistic antagonist. Originally the Homo Demens leader from DS1, resurrected by The President as a weapon against Drawbridge. Wields the Battle Guitar. Captures Tomorrow at the game's climax.

Deadman (Likeness: Guillermo del Toro): Former BRIDGES scientist constructed from cadaver parts. In DS2 his lifespan is ending. Leaves Sam a critical recorded message about Lou and the Mexico plate gate.

Heartman (Likeness: Nicolas Winding Refn): Researcher who dies and revives clinically every 21 minutes. Returns in a supporting capacity, providing Beach research expertise to Drawbridge.

New Characters

Tomorrow (Elle Fanning): A mysterious amnesiac young woman recovered from a chrysalis in Mexico. Her true identity is DS2's most devastating revelation: she is Louise (Lou), Sam's infant Bridge Baby aged by accelerated growth on Neil's Beach. Sam's biological daughter.

Lou (BB-28 / Louise): Sam's infant Bridge Baby at the game's start. Secretly BB-00, the first successful Bridge Baby. Her connection to the Beach powers the Odradek Scanner. Sam's adopted and biological daughter. Her grown form is Tomorrow.

Rainy (Shioli Kutsuna): Drawbridge crew member aboard DHV Magellan. Cheerful exterior masks deep sadness from past ostracism. Possesses a powerful DOOMS-adjacent ability critical to the mission.

Neil Vana (Luca Marinelli): Spectral smuggler whose Ka is trapped at the US-Mexico border. Sam fights his ghost in Tarfall anomalies repeatedly. Neil's Beach is where Lou underwent accelerated aging, making him an inadvertent guardian of Sam's daughter.

The President (Alastair Duncan): Apparent ally who supports Drawbridge. True nature: an amalgamation of 4,000 dead souls controlling APAC, planning to trap all living humans on their Beaches permanently.

Tarman (Likeness: George Miller): Captain of DHV Magellan. Navigates the Tar Network by inserting his severed tar-coated arm into the ship's helm port.

Dollman (Likeness: Fatih Akin; voiced by Jonathan Roumie): Sentient consciousness inhabiting a large articulated doll. Moves with a haunting stop-motion quality.

Charlie: Drawbridge's mysterious benefactor. Never appears in person; communicates through a mannequin bust with emoji-like expressions. True identity deliberately ambiguous.
