Liquid Memories

Liquid Memories is an uncommon potion that retrieves a card from your discard pile and adds it to your hand, making it cost 0 Energy for the rest of the turn. This allows you to reuse a card that has already been played this turn or a previous turn, at no Energy cost. It is obtained through enemy drops, shop purchases, or events.

Liquid Memories is one of the most flexible uncommon potions because its value is completely determined by what's in your discard pile. Retrieving and replaying a powerful card for free — such as an expensive Attack, a Block card you already burned, or a combo piece — can swing a fight significantly. It is particularly strong in decks with expensive, high-impact cards, since the 0-cost benefit is most meaningful for cards that cost 2 or 3 Energy. It also enables otherwise impossible plays, such as double-casting a boss-fight finisher. The potion rewards deliberate play; knowing what's in your discard and picking the right moment to retrieve the best card makes the difference.
