About the Game
Death Stranding 2: On the Beach is set eleven months after the original Death Stranding. BRIDGES has disbanded and APAS (an automated porter system operated by the mysterious APAC corporation) now controls all deliveries in the United Cities of America, displacing human porters entirely. Sam Porter Bridges (Norman Reedus) lives in seclusion with his infant Bridge Baby Lou (BB-28) until Fragile (Lea Seydoux), founder of the private organization Drawbridge, recruits him for a new mission: extend the chiral network to Mexico and Australia from their mobile ship base, the DHV Magellan.
The game features an expanded open world spanning Mexico and the entire continent of Australia (336+ mapped locations), new traversal vehicles, the APAS Enhancement System skill tree, Route Simulator planning tool, and a cast including Norman Reedus, Lea Seydoux, Troy Baker, Elle Fanning, Luca Marinelli, Shioli Kutsuna, and celebrity likenesses from George Miller, Guillermo del Toro, Nicolas Winding Refn, and Fatih Akin.
