Stone Tiling

🎒

Stone Tiling is a reliable, clean-cut flagstone floor surface — the functional backbone of any outdoor area that needs a defined ground plane without overcommitting to a specific decorative style. Crafted from Stone, it contributes to the Flooring sub-score and provides a neutral, durable base that suits every outdoor aesthetic from Rustic to Industrial to Resort. It is the most commonly used flooring in the game's most photographed player-built habitats, precisely because it stays out of the way and lets the items above it do the visual work.

Rock-type Pokémon have a particular affinity for stone ground surfaces — Geodude, Rhyhorn, and Onix variants are all more frequently sighted in areas with Stone Tiling underfoot, treating the flat surface as an extension of their natural rocky terrain. Stone Tiling also integrates smoothly with Stepping Stones to create irregular path features within a larger paved courtyard, and using it as the base for a Hot-Spring Spout and Water Basin setup forms the classic hot-spring floor composition that attracts the broadest variety of Pokémon types.
