Information Board

The Information Board is a large freestanding notice panel with a map, rules, or announcements mounted under a protective canopy — the kind of board found at park entrances, nature reserves, and well-organised public spaces. Crafted from Small Logs and Wastepaper, it contributes to the Signage sub-score and is the most significant single signage item available, providing both the environmental score boost of a Menu Board or Sign and an additional structural presence that anchors the surrounding space. Placed at a habitat entrance, it frames the transition between arrival and interior exploration.

Professor Tangrowth has installed an Information Board at the entrance to every biome he maintains, each filled with dense hand-written ecological notes about the species present and the plants under cultivation. Scholarly-temperament Pokémon — Slowpoke, Espeon, Kadabra — will spend noticeably longer examining an Information Board than a plain Sign, sometimes triggering a unique contemplative idle animation. For players building nature-park or research-station themes, the Information Board is an essential centrepiece that justifies the space around it.
