Camouflage

Camouflage is a move learned from Zorua, the mischievous Dark-type whose enthusiasm for transformation makes it a natural teacher for this particular skill. In Zorua form, Ditto can alter its appearance to blend into surrounding environments, allowing it to approach shy or skittish Pokemon species that would normally flee before Ditto could get close enough to interact with them.

The practical application is relationship-building: a number of rare and wary Pokemon require Camouflage-assisted approaches before they will engage with Ditto at all. These species are among the hardest to attract and among the most rewarding when they settle, making the Zorua friendship a high-value investment for players building diverse, high-quality island populations.
