The Razorback occupies the unusual design space of a suppressive-fire SMG — trading the accuracy and per-shot damage of competitors for a 40-round magazine and exceptional sustained fire capability. Where the BRRT kills quickly and moves on, the Razorback keeps shooting long after rivals need to reload, which in multi-enemy scenarios or extended PvP engagements translates to meaningful attrition advantages. Its accuracy is poor beyond 22 meters but within that range, the wall of bullets it can project is among the highest-volume fire available from any SMG.

Combat Application

The Razorback excels against groups of standard Troopers in close quarters, where individual accuracy matters less than volume of fire. For runners who frequently engage AI enemies while managing multiple threats simultaneously, the 40-round magazine reduces the dangerous reload windows that other SMGs create. As a B-tier weapon, the Razorback is primarily a reliable loot-found option rather than a vendor-purchased primary — but it is among the better B-tier choices for early-game runners building their stash.
