Repeater Scatter

The Repeater Scatter is a lever-action shotgun that occupies the middle ground between the WSTR's single-shot power and the Duster's speed-focused design. Its 6-round capacity and faster cycle time than a pump-action make it the most "assault rifle-like" shotgun in Marathon's roster — capable of sustained fire at close-to-medium range without the punishing reload rhythm of the WSTR. The wider spread pattern at 20 meters is more forgiving against moving targets than either competitor.

Combat Application

The Repeater Scatter excels against Trooper groups in semi-open spaces where maintaining 10-20 meter engagement distance is feasible. Its A-tier status reflects a genuine versatility advantage over B-tier alternatives while acknowledging that the WSTR remains superior at pure close-range damage. For runners who find the WSTR's pump rhythm frustrating, the Repeater offers most of the shotgun effectiveness with more forgiving mechanics.
